Which mince is the leanest?
Usually turkey or chicken breast mince is the leanest, along with lean beef mince. Pork and mixed mince are usually fattier – check the fat content on the label.
How do I cook mince safely?
Always cook mince all the way through – there should be no pink left in the middle. Don't keep raw mince in the fridge for longer than it says on the pack.
