Healthier together (and tastier)

Here's the deal: we're building Dumpli because we genuinely want to help. Not to sell yet another diet, but to help people eat more filling, healthier food with less stress – adults, seniors and families with children. Dumpli started in Lithuania, and that's where we're based.

What we don't want

  • Anyone feeling guilty about their body or their plate. Full stop.
  • Healthy food looking like a punishment or an expensive treat.
  • People paying for things they don't use, or not being able to leave easily.

If Dumpli helps you, here's how you can help us

We're not asking for money right now, and we don't accept it. Support can be completely free:

Share it with someone it could help

A friend, your mum, your grandma, the colleague who keeps saying "from Monday". One message and the Dumpli family grows. It's the best support we could ask for.

Tell us what's not working

Spotted a mistake in a recipe, an odd number or a word that's off? Write to us. A real person will read it. Not a robot (unless you really ask for one).

Suggest a recipe

Got a family recipe everyone eats – even the ones who "don't like vegetables"? Send it over. We'll recalculate the calories, check the allergens and, if it fits, add it with your name (if you'd like).

Leave your email – the first 100 get Dumpli Plus free for 12 months and help decide what we build next.

Later – Plus, if it really helps

Once the paid part arrives, only choose it if it's useful to you. Every euro goes exactly where we say it does – no surprises.

Community – still rolling the dough

We dream of a place to share recipes, questions and small wins: a first walk, a first week without fizzy drinks, a grandma's recipe the grandchildren fell in love with. No comparing and no shaming. When we open it, Dumpli ambassadors will be the first to know.

Not joining in? No problem. Dumpli won't be offended. Well, maybe a little. And the free part stays free either way.
