Ingredients (serves 1)

  • White cabbage150 g
  • Carrot60 g
  • Apple80 g
  • Rapeseed / sunflower oil5 g

Also: Vinegar or lemon juice, salt, dill

Method

  1. Thinly slice the cabbage, salt it and rub it with your hands. Grate in the carrot and apple, and drizzle with vinegar and oil.
