  • Curd cheese (tvarog) 9%150 g
  • Strawberries100 g
  • Honey7 g

Method

  1. Mash the curd cheese (tvarog) with a fork and a spoonful of water – it will be fluffier.
  2. Add sliced strawberries and drizzle with honey.

Tips

  • A spoonful of water or kefir makes curd cheese fluffier and creamier.
  • Strawberries out of season? Frozen berries, grated apple or banana work too.
  • Want it lighter? Choose low-fat curd cheese – even more protein, almost no fat.
