Ingredients (serves 1)

  • Chia seeds25 g
  • Soya drink (unsweetened)200 ml
  • Frozen mixed berries100 g

Also: Vanilla or cinnamon

Method

  1. Mix the chia seeds with the soya drink, then stir again after 5 min.
  2. Leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. In the morning, add the berries.

Tips

  • Always stir again after 5 min – otherwise you'll get lumps.
  • Keeps for 3 days in the fridge – make three pots at once.
