Seed and banana energy balls

Ingredients (serves 6)

  • Sunflower seeds50 g
  • Pumpkin seeds40 g
  • Hemp seeds (hulled)30 g
  • Banana120 g
  • Ground linseed20 g

Also: Cinnamon, a pinch of salt, vanilla

Method

  1. Blitz the seeds in a blender, add the banana and spices and blend into a sticky mixture.
  2. Shape into 12 balls and chill in the fridge for 30 min.

Tips

  • Toast the seeds in a dry frying pan first – they'll taste nutty.
  • Keep in the fridge for up to 5 days. One portion – 2 balls.
