- Egg (2 pcs)110 g
- Cucumber150 g
Also: Salt, pepper
Method
- Put the eggs into boiling water and boil over medium heat for 8–9 min until the yolks are set. Cool in cold water.
- Serve with cucumber.
Tips
- Chill boiled eggs in ice-cold water straight away – they'll be easier to peel.
- Keep unpeeled boiled eggs in the fridge for up to a week.
- Want it hotter? Sprinkle with black pepper or chilli flakes.
