  • Greek yoghurt 2%200 g
  • Rolled oats30 g
  • Apple120 g
  • Sunflower seeds10 g

Method

  1. Put the yoghurt, oats and chopped apple into a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and cinnamon.

Tips

  • Mix the oats with the yoghurt the night before – by morning they'll be soft like porridge.
  • Grate the apple with the skin on – more fibre and less work.
